Operations Manager
Mr. Kelly is
responsible for maintaining regional oversight for all maintenance,
management, and accounting operations within the company. His employment with
the firm began in 2016 where he initially worked in accounting and performed bookkeeping
duties and assisted in annual compliance audits. Mr. Kelly has multiple years
of site level experience managing both affordable (LIHTC) and conventional
properties and is also responsible for the implementation
of new technology and management practices within the firm. Mr. Kelly graduated
Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University with an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree and The College of William & Mary with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He holds an EPA 608 Universal license and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). He is also a graduate of the
United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia.
Mr. Kelly’s personal interests include weightlifting, running, archery,
firearms and reading books on the history of the Marine Corps, American history, and physics.
